Shipping Information

Confirmation: we require confirmation of payment before shipment of any items.

In stock items: orders placed Monday through Friday by 11am CDT ship same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 11am CDT ship the next business day.

Custom items or out-of-stock items: lead-times and delivery times will vary and we will provide an estimated delivery at time of order.

Transit time: the amount of time required for delivery may vary once the items leave our facility (the time the items are shipped). Our standard shipping is UPS Ground with a UPS estimated delivery transit time of 7-10 days.

Purchase orders: orders placed by purchase order will immediately show a “pending” status and require further processing. Items will not ship until purchase order and account have been confirmed, verified and approved.

Check / money orders: any items purchased by check / money order will not be shipped until funds have been received, verified, and cleared. Please note that this method of payment can add a significant delay to shipping time.
